Resolving Complaints
Where applicable, we will respond to your feedback within 2 working days and let you know who is managing the matter. Our staff will work with you to resolve the matter quickly and efficiently within a maximum of 10 working days. If it is not possible we will contact you to let you know how much longer it will take to address.
