Can I invest from outside Australia? No unfortunately not. For legal reasons, Esanda debentures are only available to persons receiving the prospectus in Australia. Esanda will not process applications containing an address outside Australia, or where the funds are received from a non Australian-domiciled bank. Why should I choose Esanda debentures? Esanda debentures combine attractive rates with payment frequency flexibility and a strong credit rating. Standard and Poor's (Australia) Pty Ltd have rated Esanda: 'A-1+' for short-term debt obligations (terms of 1 year or less) and; 'AA' for long-term debt obligations (terms greater than a year) These ratings indicate a very strong capacity to pay interest and repay principal in a timely manner. Does Esanda impose any fees or charges? Esanda dose not charge or deduct any management, entry or exit fees from debentures that run their full term so you know the exact amount of interest you can expect to earn from the date of lodgement of your application. How do I apply for an Esanda debenture? There are three ways you can apply for an Esanda debenture: Online By mail By calling for a prospectus and application form to be sent to you If you have over $100,000 to invest please call 1800 446 595 for our Private Placement rates. I've lost my Certificate of Investment If you have lost your Certificate of Investment, please call 13 12 15 and a new certificate will be issued. Can my final interest payment be automatically rolled over? Yes you can choose to automatically reinvest your final interest payment with your maturing Esanda debenture ('principal') using Principal and Final Interest reinvestment. The reinvestment will be for the same (or closest) term and interest payment frequency as your current debenture. The interest rate that will apply is the current rate for the new term/frequency at that time. For more details please call 13 12 15. Can I redeem my debenture early? Esanda will consider requests for early repayment. An interest adjustment may apply.
