 You (the Lessee) have no initial outlay for GST by the customer for acquisition of the asset.
 GST is payable on the lease charges which form part of the rentals and on the residual.
 The capital amount upon which the rentals and residual are calculated is determined after allowing for any input tax credit that Esanda is entitled to.
 You (the Lessee) may be able to claim the GST paid via Input Tax Credits each month or quarter. However you should first check with your tax advisor.
 Esanda will issue a tax invoice for the schedule of lease payments due at the commencement of the lease.

 

 

Commercial Hire Purchase(CHP)

 No GST is payable on the repayments or any lump sum final payment.
 No GST is payable on the terms charges.
 GST is payable by the customer upfront on the value of the chattel purchase.
 Esanda may, at our discretion, finance the GST component of the asset purchase.
 You may be able to claim an Input Tax Credit on the GST paid, however you should first check with your tax adviser.
 Esanda will issue a tax invoice to you at the time the CHP agreement is entered into.

 

 

Chattel Mortgage

 No GST is payable on the repayments.
 No GST is payable on the interest charges.
 You will need to pay GST on the initial chattel purchase, if the supplier is registered for GST.
 Esanda may, at our discretion, finance the GST component on the asset purchase.
 You may be able to claim an Input Tax Credit on the GST paid, however you should first check with your tax adviser.
 You will need to obtain a tax invoice directly from the supplier.

 

 

Business Loans

 You will need to pay GST on the initial chattel purchase, if the supplier is registered for GST.
 Esanda may, at our discretion, finance the GST component.

Investments
