On 31 October 2006, the FleetPartners' vehicle fleet leasing and management business in Australia and New Zealand was acquired by the Nikko Principal Investment group from the ANZ group. FleetPartners manages over 50,000 vehicles ranging from passenger cars to heavy commercial trucks, and as at 31 March 2006, was one of the top three providers of fleet management and leasing services in Australia and New Zealand.
