Sale of Esanda Dealer Portfolio to Macquarie

Information for customers being transferred to Macquarie

In October 2015 Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Limited (ANZ) agreed to sell its Esanda Dealer Finance portfolio to Macquarie Bank Limited (Macquarie). As a result, customers who have an Esanda contract that was arranged through a car dealership are being transferred to Macquarie.

ANZ has sent you a letter about the upcoming transfer of your contract to Macquarie.

This transfer will not affect any other products you might have with ANZ such as a credit card or home loan.

From May 1 2016, all queries in relation to your Esanda contract need to be directed to Macquarie
